BOXES MADE WITH SKATEBOARD WEAVE PATTERN!

I wanted to try something new and decided to weave skateboard strips to get this cool texture!

I made 3 boxes with mixed skateboard colors and hard maple.

I made 3 boxes with mixed skateboard colors and baltic birch plywood.

I made 1 box with one skateboard color and hard maple.

and I made 1 box with skateboard veneers and walnut(I made this in the shipping container workshop but finished it this round)

Each of these boxes are on a simple brass hinge and they all have snap catch latch which is very satisfying to close!

Bottom of these boxes are acrylic sheets. Green for hard maple, yellow for baltic birch plywood, and black for one color hard maple. The walnut box has yellow skateboard veneer inside.
